I recommend this book as well as the rest of the series to anyone who asks for my opinion. They have been a great lifesaver to study for my tests and understand concepts in a practical way and not just memorizing facts. Helps with your critical thinking and forces you to think about concepts in a different way which is so helpful in nursing school. Every question gives you a rationale for why the answer is correct or incorrect and tells you what concepts you may need to go back and brush up on. This book was one of the best books that I bought so far. It is worth every penny and I have recommended it but I refuse to give up my copy because I still refer to it and go back over questions to keep things fresh and reinforce my learning as I go along!!!! If you buy one book that isn't required when starting nursing school this one should be the one!!!!
